The man requesting the video was faced with the experience of his own death and requested that this video teaching be made public for the benefit of humanity.

@ABCshake Natural beauty lies in symmetry and balance. The natural design of a healthy body has a skeletal structure that is balanced and symmetrical. A person with genetics that have been affected by toxic food, emotional trauma, etc have disproportional body parts, uneven eyes, ears, and shoulders, a twisted or curved spine, etc.

@ABCshake “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.” Society and the media often tells us what is beautiful – however this is often not in harmony with our own inner knowing. The media wants to sell us something – clothes, cds, muscle-buliding supplements, emaciating diet food, an image. Whereas our innate intelligence already knows what beauty is.

This somehow reminds me of Plato’s theory of the forms. What does the Higher Self say about the platonic forms. If there a ideal form of beauty or justice and how do we know them?
