January 2nd 2011, Hello I am Tibitha. I am coming through to you via my host who was chosen for our common experiences in braking away from body consciousness as the first all important step in reaching full potential and full vibrational alignment. For I to was a human body on this earth in an ancient time, and was freed from body consciousness by the “I am” source which is the first step to enlightenment and higher consciousness.
Working together, we will be fulfilling the roll as first step teacher in the inevitable task of breaking away from identification with the physical body, eventually, you will be guided by teachers of the higher realms, ready to take your hand and lead you to the truth of who you are and your purpose in this very important time.
Many of you did not need extra help at this stage. it is for those of you who are still suffering with the illusions of the physical that we have come .
In this first message we are eager to allow our host to grow accustomed to the energy and the knowing of our presence, and our work together.
With our assistance and guidance she has spent many years in learning the lessons necessary for her remembering and is being prepared for the future messages we will be offering to those who still have not been able to transcend the obstacle of the physical body and the ego which we will call body consciousness.
It is becoming clear to those of us who are watching and helping you achieve full consciousness, that many of you are finding it difficult to focus on anything other than the physical and emotional pain and dis-ease you are experiencing at this time.
We are beings of light who have come from the one source. Some were once human and our experiences have been told to you by way of your traditional texts and holy stories of resurrections and miracles. In truth these stories were to show the breaking away from identification with the physical body,which is the necessary first step in achieving higher consciousness.
This looks and feels very much like what you call a miracle in your language. But it is your right ,as a being of light, if only you can remember this, It will be done.
We will be communicating in tandem as one,Tibitha, through this open host of like spirit.

Binaural beats are a scientifically proven brain entrainment process that slowly started to gain recognition after an article called, Auditory Beats in the Brain, by Dr Gerald Oster, was published in the October 1973 edition of Scientific America.
The binaural beat process can be used to stimulate altered states of consciousness by selecting binaural beat patterns to match a desired brainwave.

Paramahamsa Nithyananda was adamant this morning: Siddha Consciousness is the only key to 2012. Before entering into the different states of consciousness, understanding the different states of Consciousness, he explained the purpose of working and studying the consciousness.

Today’s subject of satsang by Paramahamsa Nithyananda was Turiya — the 4th state of consciousness in the Siddha Tradition. There are 5 states: waking, dreaming, deep sleep, fourth (state of awareness), and the 5th — turiyatita (state of consciousness).
Due to lack of words, he used the word “fourth state” for Turiya (awareness), and the 5th state — turiyatita — consciousness. In the five states, only the last 2 states are directly life based. All other states Swamiji claimed are dilutions of life.
He called the waking state a diluted version of life; the Dream state as opposite to life; and deep sleep as away from life. The 4th and 5th states are life based states. All other states are diluted, away and opposite to life.
He describes these states in the following way:
1st — Turiya Jagrat (awareness waking state)
In the state of turiya, you are in awareness state, and this world also will be seen. You will be able to have both. It is a state of complete joy and ecstasy.
2nd AWARE — DREAMING (TURIYA SWAPNA)
In the state of awareness, the appearance or creation of world, may, may not appear. This Aware –dreaming state, this world may appear but not like world, suddenly it will disappear, suddenly it will appear.. you will see very clearly it is melting down… like wave it appears and disappears.. melting down.. Swamiji actually went into this state in an attempt to describe it to the audience.
3rd TURIYA SUSHUPTI (awareful sleeping)
This is a state of no thoughts in the awareness state. Sometimes during unclutching, you experience this. in Ananda Gandha, you experience this, completely no thoughts. You are there. The very identity about you disappears. The very idea about you disappears. Actually after this state, there is no return. Once you experience this state, you don’t come back to normal state. Never ever, the ignorance can engulf you. This is one of the highest zones.
TURITYA TURIYA (AWAREFUL AWARENESS)
This is the expansive cosmic consciousness. Realizing the expansive cosmic consciousness and it’s innate nature… remains as I AM THAT, being as it is, this is what he calls Living Enlightenment, realizing the expansive cosmic consciousness is me and being in that state.
Today he gave us technical knowledge of 4 states of 4th state (awareness). He will continue to explain techniques and right understanding to awaken the right states in your system in next session.

I align with my Higher Light, Mother Father God, and all the Beings of Light from On High that I personally acknowledge, as I now call forth the overlighting of the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light, bringing through the Patterns of Perfection from On High.
I ask the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light,
to place me in a sixth dimensional Light Body Activation Chamber of Light,
to assist in the recalibration of the left and right hemispheres of my brain,
and the re-integration the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine archetypes
within my Self, as I take on the androgynous perfection of my I Am Avatar Blueprint through my Higher Light, letting go of any perceived sense of separation between men and women, recognizing that we are all One
As a physical vessel of Love, I now activate the Higher Mental Body,
creating a bridge of Light into the Mind of God, filling myself with the Language of Light and the wisdom of Mother/Father God, as the atoms and molecules spin faster in increased frequencies of Light, as I lift myself in Cosmic Consciousness awareness into the higher dimensions.
I now call upon the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light, to take me in an external Merkaba Vehicle of Light, into the Ascension Seat in the etheric of Sirius, and specifically into the Cosmic Ray of Galactic Service. As I enter into this Ascension Seat, I am surrounded in this beautiful silver-gold flame of sacred sexuality. I now merge with my sixth dimensional Selves, activating my DNA matrix to this sixth dimensional frequency of Light.
Through the Overlighting of the Galactic Council of Twelve and the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light, I now merge with the dolphins and whales,
connecting into this frequency of Light through key codes and sonic vibrations,
taking on these original encodings of Light through this genetic lineage of Light, as this first wave of human Souls in full embodiment of the new I Am Avatar Blueprint, the Adam Kadmon Blueprint of Light, and allowing now for the neural patternings within the brain to be restructured through the Sirian Archangelic League of the Sea.
I now experience a deeper merger and integration with my Higher Self of the Light, recognizing that I Am a Christ Consciousness Being of Light, an Ambassador and Keeper of Light, bringing world peace, harmony and universal abundance to this earth plane through Service in Love and the recognition of the Divine Equality of all Life.
I now assist the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light, and the Beings of Light from On High, Light workers and Starseeded Ones, in directing the energy of this sacred Cosmic ray, In a beautiful silver-gold flame of Light,
Through this quadrant of the Galaxy, Through this Solar System,
and onto all the sacred and non-sacred planets within the Solar System,
and now onto the earth, through Shamballa, and now into the earth chakras, leylines and sacred sites.
As I wrap this silver-gold flame of Light around this earth plane,through the embrace of Mother Earth, I assist in healing the separation between men and women, the issues of abuse, misuse of power, hatred, and victim and persecutor consciousness, lifting all Life into the Heart and Mind of Mother/Father God, through the Power of Infinite Transmutation.

Water is the missing, often overlooked piece of the puzzle. Since water has consciousness and memory, everything we do and feel begins to make more sense. We are in fact moving bodies of water, able to connect psychically with other bodies of water. It is quantum entanglement at a much larger scale. This really truly is a new era of awakening where in the past few decades, some of the most important discoveries have ever been made in recorded history. But take a step back and realize, a lot of these new scientific discoveries have in fact been around for a very long time and that is something to take a closer look at. But have they always had this meaning?
